Our services are intended for business and organisational use. By requesting work, you confirm you are acting for a business or professional purpose.

Scope and pricing

Exact deliverables, fees, timelines, support level, deployment route, and acceptance criteria must be confirmed in writing before paid work begins.

No guaranteed outcomes

We provide software, websites, marketing support, WebRTC engineering, and platform services. We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, legal outcomes, compliance outcomes, or commercial results unless expressly agreed in writing.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, approvals, content, access, payment, recording notices, user permissions, and lawful use of any delivered system.

Third-party services

Some work may use hosting providers, APIs, open-source software, email services, video infrastructure, payment providers, or other third-party tools with their own terms.

Support

Ongoing support is provided only where a support plan, retained agreement, SLA, or service schedule has been agreed.
